How do I pay for prep classes?
You can make payment during registration prior to each class. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payment.  Prep classes are $25. Technique classes are $15 and combo class (both technique and prep) is $30.  Combo discount is only applied to classes taken on the same day.

How do I get a bye through round 1 by attending prep classes?
Everyone who attends all four prep classes will receive a bye through round 1 at the open call auditions.  On the first day of prep classes everyone will receive a class card.  Those who attend all the prep classes will need to get the card punched at registration before each class.  The audition candidates will be allowed to report later on the open call audition day and start the audition process at round 2.  In addition, your audition fee will be waived.  This applies to prep classes only not technique classes.

Are the technique classes mandatory?
We offer three technique classes to allow dancers the opportunity to brush up on your dance technique in smaller class setting.  The classes are not mandatory but highly recommended.  Technique classes go further in depth in teaching and explaining the technical skills needed to be successful at the audition.

What types of dances are taught at prep classes?
The dances taught at prep classes are actual dance routines and combinations performed by the Wizard Girls on court.  They include hip-hop, pom, jazz, novelty, and free style training.  In addition, we will teach the round 1 choreography and do a mock audition at the last class.
